New Year
At the end of the year, it is traditional for serious news-related websites such as ours to write an in-depth review of the past 12 months, with varying amounts effort, alcohol and success.

Across the country, tabloids, broadsheets, 24 hour news channels and several porn sites have looked back on a year's worth of fond memories, pronouncing 2001 the Year of the Fiasco: The culling of diseased cows (including Ann Widdecombe), the Millennium Bridge, Wembley Stadium, Picket's Lock and Iain Duncan Smith were just a few of our personal favourites.

However, here at DeadBrain we have decided to buck the trend. We can't afford to pay an archivist to look up what happened and since it's New Year's Eve we really can't be arsed to do it ourselves. So now, for your viewing pleasure, we present a picture of Tony Blair drinking tea:

We hope you enjoy this extra-special, never-to-be-repeated end of year treat, and please remember not to stare at it too long or you will get cross-eyed.

This looks good...
